If You Cancel Less than 24 Hours Notice or Either do a No Show.
Our policy is on all less than 24 hours notified or no show appointments booked with us. If there is an illness please still try to give us a 24-hour notice that you are unwell. We will ask for a credit card on file to rebook your next appointment and there will be a 60% charge of services for a repeat offense.
Our stylists time is very valuable and we secured that time just for you. The policy is there because the time did not allow enough time for our front desk to fill with another client, so this puts your stylist with a wasted appointment opening.
There are No Refunds on Hair Services.
We will gladly get you in to add any additional color or to adjust a haircut at zero cost to you but since the color was put into your hair, cut was done, or extensions were placed the service provider was paid for doing the work we do not refund for services.
We will gladly do what we can at no charge to you to adjust color to get you your desired look or adding or removing extensions. Also, we will gladly reimburse hair for extensions but not the service of application. We strive to make sure you love your hair but sometimes we can’t foresee a misunderstanding with a consult. We work hard to make sure each client leaves feeling fantastic!
